Billing/Insurance​

UW Family Medicine is here to provide the best healthcare possible, so we bill most insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Great West and more. Additionally, we also bill specialty insurance carriers such as Workman’s Comp. We proudly accept Medicare and Medicaid.

We offer payment arrangements and provide our comprehensive services on a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients.
 
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and money orders.
